People practice various types of yoga and believe there are various techniques to meditate. People visualise a lot and imagine a lot. Yet, what meditation is remains a mystery for them.
The wise one say that they remain in meditation all the time. How does meditation happen and what can be done? Meditation is a fruit and not the practice. Meditation is the equanimous being, and one can know meditation if one knows yoga. The Yoga and meditation are one and the same experience of equanimous blissful "empty of self" being, where one is absolutely content, thoughtless and emotionally equanimous - meaning neutral. Yet thoughts are waves.. and thoughtlessness means that thoughts might still appear extremely slowly or become very subtle and only visions-like. This experience of meditative being is a beginner's one. True meditation (dhyana or samadhi) is a state of equanimous being, where one is absorbed into this blissful equanimous being. One's body vibrates bliss and dissolves into it. People may describe one and the same experience differently and thus, there are many interpretations and as if, many schools and ideas upon the subject. Yet, the experience is one and the same for all, with only difference in intensity, duration and depth of absorption. This depth is measured by intensity and absorption into this empty so to speak being, which is felt as blissful yet empty for the phenomenal reality - nothingness. True experience of Absorption - Meditation or equanimous being - laya, vasi, amanaska yoga is only possible due to the awakening to self or the awakening after spiritual initiation - Shaktipat. The purpose of Shaktipat is to bring up an experience of Amanaska absorption - yoga in an adept and make him/her realise the difference between the state of absorption into the phenomenal reality (outwardly) and the actual reality of unconditional self - Being (within abiding and containing everything within self - within one's own space of self). From this moment on, the adept's journey towards that actual Reality of Self begins. The journey is illusionary in itself, yet it feels like a moment of transiting between the points of conditional self-being (phenomenal reality of self) and the unconditional equanimous self-being. Cultivation of unconditional equanimous, blissful being eventually leads to self-refinement and establishment in that being. It leads one to self-perfection, inner freedom from distortions and conditionings of a gross-emotional nature, cultivation of one's light essence - immortal light body, and eventually may culminate in one's physical immortality and further evolution out of the earthly plane. - Jivanmukti

Everything has a meaning yet nothing has a meaning. Life goes on and we live in the world. Our body and all we feel through it - is our world. We can't deny it, we are to learn from it, to feed it and take care of it. And this gives us the meaning to live, create and pursue it.
We are to live with the awareness that some day we are to let go of things which are no longer relevant and that everything we experience is transitory, even though if it seems as important in one moment of time and space. We are to earn to discern and prioritise, make choices and take responsibility for them in our life. One day we are to learn to gracefully without any regret let it all go. We are to learn to live in this world by the rules of this world yet having realised that it's transitory. We are to cultivate inner contentment through the experience of the awaken equanimous self-being. We are to accept through this being within what we are and have now, selflessly performing our duties and letting go of that, which suppresses us within and takes us away from the contentment.. And this is our ideas, turbulent unrefined emotions, ambitions, false ideas about life, death and spiritual evolution. We are to notice them and realise how they effect us, and push away from contentment of self-being into extremes of the projected phenomenal reality. We are to disillusion ourselves. And this is worth of living for ever... The process of activation of the upper chamber in the head on a physical level and gradual expansion of awareness that lead to further bio-spiritual refinement and evolutionary transformation is called Awakening of Consciousness or Kundalini Awakening.
At the core of Siddha Kundalini Yoga and Siddha Tantra lays the science of bio-spiritual awakening - Kundalini Awakening. It is the science of transformation into subtler forms of existence, perfection of the physical form and further evolution of spiritual intelligence. During this process various aspects of Yoga (Hatha, Raja, VaSi, Amanaska, Bhakti, Karma, Laya, Kriya, etc.) may bear fruit and the true Siddha knowledge unfolds. They manifest naturally and spontaneously (sahaj), and eventually lead to spiritual perfection - Siddha Swaruba Avastha- the union of perfect Consciousness with perfect body. Jivanmukti is a being who initiates and guides genuine adepts through Siddha Param-Para into depths of Siddha Tantra, Spiritual Alchemy and Siddha Kundalini Yoga, by granting direct experience of self through Shaktipat - a Spiritual Transmission of Siddha Knowledge and Being.
"Siddha is Self, the awoken Mind is Guru. The conditioned Mind that has mastered its power knows its unconditioned/ free from conditioning Self. That Mind realises - It is Siddha." - Jivanmukti
Siddha Way is the way to Self. It is the path of the awoken subtle breath (vaci, vasi) within the chamber of self in the head. This subtle breath cannot be practiced and is a fruit of absorption that ripens within after Siddha Kundalini Awakening. It leads a selfless seeker to bliss, self-mastery, siddhis and true knowledge of self on a multidimensional level. One who realises that, liberates oneself from conditioning of the limited self into eternal blissful being. If you have matured within, you will know regardless of who you are, where from, what you have done before.
Siddha Knowledge bestows all fruits of Yoga, as a result of the activation of the sacred Path of Siddha Kundalini Yoga within. It carries the essence of all spiritual teachings, based on experiential knowledge of Truth through sacred Initiation, internal bio-spiritual transformation (spiritual alchemy) and direct experience of the ultimate reality of self - aware equanimous space-like blissful being.
The greatest knowledge one realises within self as of current era is deep contentment, blissful space like being - awareness that lead to simplicity, inner spiritual maturity and eventually Immortality. Sahaj Siddha Kundalini Yoga is an evolutionary Path to Self. This path yet hidden and mystic has wriggled its way into all religions and spiritual paths. It is the path of awakening to self and realisation of self in conditional and unconditional states. It is absolutely experiential, and yet only known to those, who have matured enough to experience it.
There has not been a single teacher, guru or a saint who has not gone through the process of Kundalini awakening - conscious awakening of self. It is the mastery over the power of Mind, as well as the realisation of the unconditional state of self made them known for their supernatural powers and abilities, wisdom and immortality. If not for That, these people would be the same as all the rest, tangled in the world of self creation and conditioning. Even though, it all sounds very simple, the awakening of Consciousness is not an easy process and the biggest part of it is body/ mind purification, transformation, detangling limitations and discarding conditionings of the mind through self-observation and absorption. We are at the age where one dogma is changed with another, more liberal and far from the simple truth; where personal power is emphasised more than the importance of human evolution, where a state of love and peace is taken for enlightenment, where teachers organise cults and sects rather than grant spiritual awakening, where community and social work matter more than individual transformation, where hunger for money and thirst for powers accede actual understanding of the seed of spiritual transformation and the essence of human evolution.
What we see at the moment is the collage of twisted comprehension of spiritual knowledge and overall spiritual hallucination, mixed with a hypocritical intention to spread peace and love. Delusion cannot spread peace and love. They naturally arise out of actual spiritual experience and realisation, not otherwise. Spiritual ignorance and speculation lead the society into spiritual stagnation, degradation and materialism. Armour yourself with the spiritual power of Consciousness to go through delusions, illusions, misconceptions, false knowledge life failures and challenges to the point of contentment and blissful vibrations in the heart. Once there, true teachings and realisations will arise spontaneously. Wisdom will dwell there and guidance from within is going to come up. It is possible with Conscious awakening - Kundalini activation in the body/mind. This is the way to transform, experience and evolve in wisdom, compassion and blissful renunciation. |
