WHAT IS KUNDALINI AWAKENING? KUNDALINI YOGA AND TANTRA

The process of activation of the upper chamber in the head on a physical level and gradual expansion of awareness that lead to further bio-spiritual refinement and evolutionary transformation is called Awakening of Consciousness or Kundalini Awakening.

At the core of Siddha Kundalini Yoga and Siddha Tantra lays the science of bio-spiritual awakening - Kundalini Awakening.

It is the science of transformation into subtler forms of existence, perfection of the physical form and further evolution of spiritual intelligence. During this process various aspects of Yoga (Hatha, Raja, VaSi, Amanaska, Bhakti, Karma, Laya, Kriya, etc.) may bear fruit and the true Siddha knowledge unfolds. They manifest naturally and spontaneously (sahaj), and eventually lead to spiritual perfection - Siddha Swaruba Avastha- the union of perfect Consciousness with perfect body.
